Send an announcement to everyone, or to a department, a role, or both. People outside that audience do not see it.
Pin it, or let it expire
Pin an announcement to the top of the list, and give it an expiry date. With no expiry it stays up until someone removes it.
People get told
Everyone in the audience gets an in-app notification and, by default, an email. Each person can switch channels off in notification preferences. Editing a post does not notify again.
Roles decide who can post
By default Boss, HR and Manager can post, and a Boss can edit or delete any announcement. HR and Manager can edit or delete their own. Employees read them. Custom roles can be given the same permissions.
Plain and quick
A title of up to 200 characters and a plain-text message of up to 20,000. The AI agent can also create, edit and delete announcements as part of its 48 actions.
What it does not do
Announcements are plain text. There are no attachments, read receipts, comments or reactions.
