A shared team calendar answers the question of who is away and what is due without asking anyone. Wrkbase puts approved leave, company holidays, task due dates and your own events in one month view, colour-coded by type, on every plan including the free one.

Approved leave
When a leave request is approved it appears on the calendar as an all-day entry with the person and the leave type.
Company holidays
Holidays added to the HR holiday calendar show on the shared calendar as all-day entries. Boss and HR manage them by default.
Task due dates
Task due dates appear as read-only deadlines. By default every role sees all tasks, and a custom role without that permission sees only its own and assigned tasks.
Your own events
Anyone can add an event with a title, start, end, an all-day option and a description. Events are visible to the whole workspace, and only the person who made one can edit or delete it.
Easy to read
Each type has its own colour. Every day shows up to three entries and then a count, the month list sits under the grid, and on a phone each day shows coloured dots.
What it does not do
There are no invites, reminders, week or day views, or Google and Outlook sync. It is a shared month view, not a meeting scheduler.
What shows on the Wrkbase calendar?

Can I invite people to events or sync with Google Calendar?
No. Events have no invites or reminders, and the calendar does not sync with Google or Outlook. It is a shared month view.
Who can add and edit calendar events?
Anyone in the workspace can add an event, and only its creator can edit or delete it. Leave, holidays and task due dates come from their own places and cannot be edited on the calendar. Holidays are managed by Boss and HR by default.
Is the calendar on the free plan?
Yes. The calendar is on every plan, including the free plan for up to 5 people.
