One renderer, two formats
PDF and XLSX are built from the same underlying report data, so the two formats never quietly disagree on a number.

What report types are available?
Seventeen: time tracking, performance, employee and department summaries, weekly and monthly digests, lead pipeline and lead conversion, and nine finance reports including profit and loss and cash flow. Each is a real PDF or Excel file, not a formatted screenshot.
Who can generate reports?
Generating reports takes the export permission, which the Boss, HR, and Managers have by default and Employees don't. Each generated file is visible only to the person who requested it. If some managers shouldn't export company-wide figures, take the export permission off their role, or give them a custom role without it.
