Is there a free trial?
There's something better than a trial clock: the Free plan never expires, for up to 5 people, no card needed. When you upgrade to Team or Enterprise, you pick monthly or yearly billing (yearly works out to 2 months free), and both paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, yourself, from Plan & Billing in your workspace. Cancelling takes effect immediately and moves the workspace to Free; nothing is deleted. Monthly billing has no lock-in, and both paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What does Team add over Free?
Payroll with pay runs, overtime, and payslips, weekly timesheets, shift scheduling, performance scores with goals and reviews, the leads pipeline, finance and invoicing, automations, the API and webhooks, and the AI agent with 500 actions a month, for up to 50 people. Enterprise removes the member limit and the AI action cap.
How are members counted?
Pricing is per member per month. Free covers up to 5 members in total, Team up to 50, and Enterprise has no limit. Moving from Team to Enterprise is prorated.
What happens to our data if we downgrade back to Free?
Nothing gets deleted automatically. Your workspace and data stay accessible under the Free tier's limits, up to 5 members, after a downgrade. You're in control of what happens to it from there.
