Worth knowing before you switch
Does this replace a dedicated HR system?
Not entirely, and worth being direct about it. It's the shared record for profile, department, attendance, and payroll that every other module reads from, and Wrkbase's HR tools add onboarding and offboarding checklists, HR letters, and compliance documents on top. What it isn't is a full HRIS with benefits administration or applicant tracking.
Is there a limit on how many employee records I can create?
No separate limit beyond your plan. Free is capped at 5 members total; Team covers up to 50, Enterprise is unlimited.
