Does onboarding really start on its own?
Yes, for invited employees. When someone accepts their invite, a checklist starts from the newest template for their department (or the general one). Setting a termination date starts offboarding the same way. For an account you create directly instead of inviting, start the checklist by hand.
Can the AI draft our letter templates?
Yes. Describe the letter you want and the AI drafts a template body with the right placeholders, which you review and edit before saving. It never sends anything on its own.
Does Wrkbase handle recruiting or applicant tracking?
No. Wrkbase starts at the invite: there's no job board, applicant pipeline, or interview scheduling. Use a recruiting tool for hiring, then invite the person to Wrkbase once they've accepted.
Can employees sign letters electronically?
Not in Wrkbase. Letters are generated as PDFs with a signature block for both sides; if you need e-signatures, send the PDF through your signing tool.
