Terms of Service
The Wrkbase Terms of Service: accounts, plans and billing, acceptable use, and the AI agent's scope.
Last updated 26 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Wrkbase, a multi-tenant office-management platform. By creating an organization or signing in, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and organizations
Signing up creates a new, isolated organization workspace with you as its first administrator. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions taken under your account, including actions confirmed through the AI agent.
3. Plans and billing
Wrkbase offers a Free plan (up to 5 members, no card required) and paid Team and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed per member per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can move down to a lower tier at any time from Plan & Billing; moving to a higher tier checks out directly. Prices are shown in USD and may change with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment collection and tax on our behalf; refund requests are still handled by us directly, as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wrkbase to:
- Store or process unlawful content, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, or probe, scan, or bypass our security controls.
- Use the AI agent to attempt actions your role isn't permitted to perform. Every action is re-checked server-side regardless of what the AI proposes.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties outside your own organization without our agreement.
5. The AI agent
The AI agent proposes plans for review; nothing runs until an authorized user confirms it. Confirmed actions still pass through the same permission checks as if performed manually, and every attempt is recorded in your organization's audit log. You're responsible for reviewing proposed actions before confirming them. Wrkbase is not liable for actions you approve.
6. Your data
You own the data your organization puts into Wrkbase. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for having the right to store any personal data (e.g. employee records) you add to your workspace.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the platform or to other organizations.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. If you stop paying for a paid plan, we may downgrade your organization to Free limits after a reasonable notice period. We don't automatically delete your data on cancellation. You remain in control of exporting or requesting deletion of it. Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (see section 3); see our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee that applies to Team and Enterprise charges.
9. Liability
Wrkbase is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we'll notify account owners directly.
