Won

Every lead in one pipeline, each with an automatic follow-up task.

A simpler way

A chain of steps, replaced by one move.

The old way

  1. Add it to a spreadsheet
  2. Remember to follow up
  3. Update the stage
  4. Retype it as a customer
  5. Create the invoice

Leads go quiet because the reminder lived in somebody’s head.

With Wrkbase

Add a new lead

Lead added. A follow-up task was created for its owner.

A won deal converts to a customer in the same workspace, ready to invoice.

How it works

Start to finish,in plain steps.

  1. 1

    Add a lead, get a follow-up

Every new lead creates a follow-up task for its owner, due in three days, with the usual reminders.

  2. 2

    Work the board

Drag leads through New, Contacted, Qualified, Opportunity, Proposal, and Negotiation. Every move is logged on the lead.

  3. 3

    Nothing goes quiet unnoticed

A lead with no activity for seven days alerts its owner, once per quiet spell.

  4. 4

Win it, convert it, invoice it

Move it to Won and convert it to a customer, and it is ready to invoice in Finance.

Limits

What it does not do.

Better to know now than after you have moved your team in.

  • One fixed eight-stage pipeline: no custom stages or custom fields.

  • Calls, emails, and meetings are logged through the AI agent; there is no manual log button yet.

  • No email or calendar sync and no built-in web form. A form on your own site can create leads through the API.

  • No automated email sequences.

Questions

Questions worth asking first

Is this a full CRM?

It's a lead pipeline built for a small team, not a sales suite. You get an eight-stage board, a pipeline dashboard, follow-up tasks that create themselves, inactivity alerts, CSV import, and conversion to a customer you can invoice. There's no email sync, sequences, or custom pipelines; if those are the job, a dedicated CRM is the better fit.

What happens when I add a lead?

Wrkbase creates a follow-up task due in three days for whoever owns the lead, so it shows up in their task list with the normal due-soon and overdue reminders. If the lead matches an existing one by email or name, it's flagged as a possible duplicate instead of silently doubled.

Can I import leads from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload a CSV of up to 5,000 rows, check the suggested column mapping and a preview, then import. Rows that match an existing lead by email, or by name and company, are skipped as duplicates, and new leads are shared out to whoever has the fewest open leads.

What happens when a deal is won?

Convert the lead to a customer and their name, company, email, phone, and address are copied into Finance, ready for an invoice. The lead is marked Won and the conversion is added to its timeline.

How do I log a call or meeting?

Today, through the AI agent: tell it what happened with the lead and confirm, and it's added to the lead's timeline. Stage changes, reassignments, edits, and conversions are logged automatically.
